Despite that our consultants are practising lawyers, Aleph Consulting is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulations Authority (SRA) or any other regulatory authority. For this reason, we do not conduct any reserved legal activities per Section 12 of the Legal Services Act 2007 (e.g. court appearance, litigation, conveyancing, probate, oath-taking, etc.) through Aleph Consulting, but we are happy to refer you to authorised practices for such tasks when necessary.

Who we are

Our clients encompass crypto exchanges (CEX and DEX), investment, trading, and asset management firms, investment funds, DeFi protocols, mining pools, other Web3 developers, and high-net-worth individuals. We also advise clients in more traditional sectors and industries.

What we do
We typically advise clients on structuring & strategising, business contracts, user agreements, financing / joint venture / M&A transactions, investments and projects, corporate governance, employment issues (including employee incentive schemes), marketing and publicity guidelines, license applications, and regulatory compliance, among other things.
